You are talking about up regulation and down regulation of ACE2 and the effects of that with respect to hypertension. Yes, that is a bit understood and has me worried because it suggest the ACE2 receptor is important. However, they still don't know what the ACE2 receptor is for or what exsomes plug into it. These are tiny things and difficult to see or detect. But we should find out first before going further with these mRNA vaccines.
