    I guess I am thinking that some of this stuff is pretty sensitive for the Uruguayan government and I am sure they want the whole thing tightly managed. They probably don't want more protesters or to look bad in the media.
    So the PRL MGT are probably just doing as they are told. They can't thumb their noses at the local regulations just to satisfy us plebs back in Aus. The last we thing we want to do is piss the local govt off.
    So yes. I have had a change of heart. I was overly negative in the past and probably got it wrong.
