He seems to basically be saying "no one knows anything". Some locals are afraid because of what they read, others are happy.
But also said something about security saying something about trying to punch shows left in sand 950 and surpassing 1000m
Also said cell coverage/communication is close to non existent, so I guess you can forget workers dialing out updates ahead of time.
