There are only 35 mil shares on issue giving a market cap of about 10 mil, which is low when compared to other copper penny dreadfuls, MRX, CUO etc. It appears to be "cheap" even at these prices.
Given the excellent drill results thus far there is certainly room to price some more speculation into the share price. I am surprised that the shares are not trading at higher price.
In today's trading action some late selling brought the price back, however the intraday chart indicates that the majority of volume passed through on the rally at open and then sold off on light volume which is not surprising given the day traders like to clear the tables at the end of the week.
It could well consolidate around 30 cents until more results are announced. Truly a high risk high reward scenario.
