I have been advised by Bauba that the negotiations with Anglo/ARM are continuing and that the dispute is still unresolved. They are hoping for a resolution soon. ( "Soon"....The Sth African definition of soon is... "within a year/lifetime etc"). Similar to NKP's "imminent".
Anyway I assume that since NKP's dispute over the H farm forms part of Modikwa Deeps negotiations that NKP is no closer to resolving what will happen to the H farm. It will either be a sale to ARM or a JV. Take your pick. Either way the asset must be included in the valuation of any Zijin takeover.
