As you may have gathered, it was I that moderated your post in question.
In this instance I considered the comment at your final para. was uncalled for and had every chance of provoking a response that could very well end up in an off subject argument.
As I have previously commented, the EXT threads are starting to become a bit of problem and we (the mods) would obviously prefer to nip things in the bud asap.
Far better a gentle reminder than stronger action I reckon.
