    @Burnett, I did receive and sent a disappointment and stop the recap letter cc-ed to havenfresh and board. IMO, still lot of risks involved even at 2c. Banks are happy to get whatever they can get from this s--t company and avoid any mess.

    Havenfresh have to come up with a revised takeover offer, otherwise gone.
