Whoever buys is not going to trade it as Pointsbet. They will absorb it into their own business ie Bally's or Fanatics. They have nearly 300k active users $2 billion in Qtr turnover and several hundred million in licenses ( New York alone is a $50 milion dollar license now) as well as the 3rd best tech in the Us market. They have all the staff and programmers as well as interesting advertising ie: NBC deal , university deals and actual Pointsbet branded sites. They also have the tech deals with whoever that billionaire was that just bought in.. There's a fair bit of value there if your looking to get in or expanding a current business...
