hmm i consider it as a good deal, they are getting discount from NBC which normally other competitors wouldn't have? all the licenses ,client database, tech and shaquille o'neal representing the company? they are all great asset. and they stated the sales is well in advanced? pretty sure the US side is getting sold in a good price? just imo
