Sounds to be like Betr needed to raise cash to by PBH to continue expansion as they were dead alone - the deal fell through and now they have nowhere to go except sell given News Corp is nowhere to be seen...they have bigger problems on their hands these days, they could have used the USD 787.5m settlement to buy all of PBH US and AUS operations
