    So that's scenario 1, I didn't get to scenario 2 which is why I am not worried:
    1. aggressive play is made at cheap price, board rejects
    2. serious bidder emerges and goes into negotiations with board
    3. bidding war breaks out to buy
    or any variation of the concept including third bidder.
