I wouldn't worry about Albers transfer of RT to MOG as a possible holdup to MEO's farmout process.
Its already known that the MOG/RT deal will not occur until after MEO announce a farminee.
ie
MEO to conclude farmout by 18-11-2009
MOG shareholders to vote on RT acquisition at AGM on 23-11-2009 (which has already been adjourned to a later date)
