Due diligence would be done by the farminee well before they put their offer on the table. The most suitable offer would have then been selected by MEO as the "preferred farminee" so we are well passed the due diligence stage.
Now it is the legals thrashing out the fine print of the contracts which always takes time as they like to try and outdo each other. Big egos.
I would take no notice of MOG ann which was pretty poorly written. Its a done deal IMO.
