    Mr Barr loaned funds to the Company, not the other way around.

    Of greater concern is the fact that the Company has been acquiring "oil & gas interests" which are basically private companies held by the Directors! The good old back door trick.

    If MEO entertains this bunch much longer, we are all going to learn a whole lot more about being backdoored!
