Back to the MH 370:disaster and Australian aviation, if Zaharie Ahmad Shah is being considered by the ATSB as possibly a mass murderer, then surely the ATSB must also consider Ashley Jenkinson, the Sea World Helicopter pilot in the Sea World crash as a mass murderer, or at least, guilty of manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.

Why the double standard?

If an Asian, Zaharia Ahmad Shah, presumed dead, is flying a plane, he is presumed to be a mass murderer by the ATSB without any shred of evidence supporting such a claim.

If Ashley Jenkinson, a Sea World Helicopter, is flying a helicopter under the influence of cocaine into another helicopter, then why is Ashley Jenkinson not a mass murderer?

Could cocaine addiction or race be a factor in the ATSB’s deliberations given the Airbus Albo’s ATSB and his Angus Mitchell apparatchik never seem to discover or properly investigate anything?

Airbus Albo’s ATSB and his apparatchik Angus Mitchell have still not found MH 370, impugning the reputation of Zaharie Ahmad Shah and are trying ever so hard to avoid culpability for a cocaine influenced Ashley Jenkinson who on the face of it, has committed mass murder of 4 people using a Sea World helicopter.
