Never said it won't do any good. There will be a ramp up time needed for the company before it can become profitable. On the downside it is eating almost 1mill per qtr and the income is nowhere near close. Unless there is a massive uptick in income they will run out of money by the end of the year and need to do a CR.

The CR in this environment is going to be far more tricky than the CR done in may and Dec last year. If the SP remains at these levels I see the need to do a share consolidation of probably 3 or 5 to 1. This would then in theory raise the SP and they can do a CR at a discount rate to remain afloat.

in this environment if the do a consolidation followed by a CR I can't see the consolidated price staying the same or going higher. In this environment it would probably trend lower and kill off more of the shareholders wealth.
