As @ralt mentions it can be done before open tomorrow otherwise it gets suspended until they release it.
I would say 99.9% sure it is done tomorrow morning as they haven't missed that deadline before. I hope it is they are just busy with doing work/deals and improvements both from a technology stand point and company.
