It does appear as though Google is the 19th "Organiser" in their database. I'm on the fence architecture-wise whether an Organiser is 1:1 with Branded Hubs. I'm leaning towards no, perhaps the same Organiser can have multiple Branded Hubs. Irrespective there could be many unique Organisers in their database or could be many test ones. Pure speculation.
Later tonight I'll see what the OrgansierId is for Samsung.
