4 mill was at the start of Jan. We are now at the end of Feb. Since we have heard nothing regarding income improvement then there would be about 3.5mill left in the bank. By the time you read the annuals it will be less than 3.2m left.
At current rate money will run out mid December. Considering they went for a CR in Dec 2019 3 months before the money runs out then late August early Sept looks prime for the next CR.
Unless they can crack an income of over 100k per month they won't be able to delay the need for a CR more than 1 month.
