patmad that is one question that i would like answered my self but i think that it has been said a long time back that if they did buy on market and the price shot up it would be seen bye some as insider trading so they are holding off and would receive shares by making the company strong and growing it after all if they do a crap job and we don't grow either dose their pay packet they could probably make more else where but they are sticking in here and that dose send a message that they are confident of ESH becoming a success and then they will make heaps if they can pull it off , well that's my take on thing's may be GERNOT could cover that question in the next blog when it comes out
