Time for the long awaited installment of Cybern's technical analysis, as at 12/03/2020.
This week Mogul launched their "Create your own tournament" feature (in beta). This is a very welcome addition - it gives insight into their tournament creation process and a sneak peak into the backend admin of the platform. When testing this feature I observed references to map selection which did not appear during the tournament creation process, I suspect this is still being baked. I will keep my eye on this feature going forward.
The update will focus on data as I believe it's an excellent way to measure progress. The API calls and data being transmitted to and from the server do not appear to have changed over the last few weeks. I'm speculating future features and mobile development are being tested in isolation from their production servers. I'm not seeing any hints thus far.

Mogul have deployed a new API (released 10/03/2020) and interface (11/03/2020). Very fresh build, most likely in alignment with the "Create your own tournament" feature launch.
Organiser (Hub) and Game Data
Everyone is aware I've been keeping track of the organiser data. Last update made me realise there is a wealth of gaming data. There are a number of Mogul employees who have registered games that aren't publicly available (visible through their gamer profiles). Also the released games on the home page have metrics that aren't visible to the user. I'm very keen to capture this data each week and chart differences over time to gauge progress.

Halo was sighted as a scheduled match in one of the Mogul employee profiles. I researched and determined that it fell under the banner of a "Custom Game".
