No way would they raise again pre -drill results in August, they've got to draw more investor attention first. Its very evident from the lack of people posting here that MOH remains very much under the radar. But they will come.
And yes when they do MOH will use the attention to raise, but as others suggest that will be at a much higher valuation than the current $8m.
