Also for 2 bids they provided me with different reference number for payment (but common practice to use same reference for the same HIN) It can be difficult for them to allocate payments properly with such complicated structure of references, IMHO.
I can compare registers, and for me Automic is most sophisticated and modern, then ComputerShare and Link, then Boardroom and Advanced.
