I don't see why they would. Look I don't trust these guys either with their track record and I won't be surprised if they do stuff it up again, but 24 October was a quarterly report which for all intents and purposes was just that - a report on finances and activity ending 30 Sept.

I don't see a need to continually advice the market they are 'still on track', and believe they would (or should) only update the original advice if the opposite occurs and they are no expecting longer delays.

From an investor perspective the current advice is still the current disclosure i.e - "approximately" 3 months (the exact day arguments on here are ridiculous).

If the company is aware that this is not the case anymore they need to disclose immediately.
