    I'm a MOL shareholder and there is info on the Bidders Statement. If they reach 90% acceptance, then MOL can compulsory acquire shares if they choose. I believe you need to contact your share registry or stockbroker from your end. If you call them they should help. If nothing is done and they acquire your shares for 17cps.
