I do not have inside information.

I do have friends in Chile, that are familiar with the people that are involved in our headache.

And from what I hear, we are essentially back to square one:

Yes, the court actions and appeals are over. So the lawyers are very unhappy, after making a lot of OUR money !

But,

MNC still needs permission from the landowner to get a MINING LEASE from the government, which it does not have (Only has an exploration lease).

So, asides from the small potential future financial impact of MOLLACAS, I will personally forget about it, and make it as if it does not exist !

The gold play, there is something there, no doubts, but how much more dilution before we see the light ?

As before, I am a BUY, but just to try to average a bit down, not to lose it all !
