According to the annual report the board only control 20m shares. Given the very open register I would think that it would be very easy to defeat the motion if a group of shareholders got together.
At the recent general meeting less than 100m shares were voted in total for any of the resolutions.
So I think that there is a very good chance that there will be a lively discussion and vote.
I wonder whether any of the board members are prepared to stake their future with the company on the basis of the outcome of the vote about the reconstruction.
