    FtroopThe simple logic is if you own a business shedding $270m a year with more to come and someone says here's $2bn US for the lot or you can sell us 49% for $750m
    there is a price for control.That would enable a new owner to price gouge customers on contract renewal and then IPO later.
    At 270m cash flow this is a good business going forward with no competitor in sight and the rest of the world willing to buy on the same basis we all buy toilet paper.
