Interesting Donhad is part of the application as I believe they and their owners were involved with setting up a manufacturing plant in China for export of media.
Moly-Cop had hoped to pick up some of the media demand from new Chinese owned/controlled Magnetite processors in WA I also believe.
Unlike Australia when the local party official says to companies operating overseas, buy Chinese products when overseas ,that's exactly what happens.
Often the public reason given is it is cheaper.
