imho hq have not been transparent with retailers,
hq at past conference calls have only allowed instos first preference with questions and the last call very abruptly cut retailers off from asking more questions by ending the call too quickly.
also imho, instos are more privvy to board meetings and have more access to info than us plebs do, if an insto vs a retail pleb rung EN, who do you reckon EN will answer the phone to 1st???
