Not sure. I also found that Dahlman Rose increased the price target to 125 (currently its at 71). Lynas never seems to get an upgrade. Although its surely these delays.
First the concentration plant.. delay, delay delay.. and now this Malaysian review. The latter is technically not a delay but I can see why everyone would wait until the review passes before re-rating the stock.
Lynas was up 2.6% in OTC trade last night so the MCP drop must be isolated to the company if anything. The overnight movement and current price suggests Lynas should touch 2.14 today. Where it goes from there is anyone's guess though.
