Some very good information on this thread so far, well done to you both...

Just as a comparison, there is a rare earths company on the ASX called MLM (Metallica Minerals Limited) which released an announcement a couple of days ago regarding their NORNICO project. It is a scoping study with an accuracy measure of (+/- 35% accuracy), which seems way out there to me, but their IRR is stated as 16.4% with a 10% discount rate... Much lower IRR than ours.

They, being the company directors, are still wildly excited about the project yet THR are the ones who have been smashed. Like someone said before the "good news was not good enough"...

Are we all wishing too much for the pot at the end of the rainbow or is there something else going on with THR that we should be concerned about yet arent "in the know"???

I dont own any shares in MLM so dont take this as cross promotion and only mention it as a comparison only.

PS - Directors buying now would give a bit of confidence to the THR price.
