Announcements, back in May 2022, state that it had received approx $30M from the sale of 55% of the shares in QMC, with approx $20M to come, subject to certain conditions, in 12 months time for the remaining 41.4% it holds.
Financial Statements for QMC re Y/E 31/12/2021 are on the web site, but those for YAM are only to ½Y/E 30/6/2020.
