I agree, the companies spin offs are all well and good as long as the board delivers, an I am sure they are fully aware of this, as imo, to issue performance options to themselves in this sort of market definately signals to me that they know what they have got(in lance that is). An imo looking at the way they have gone about handling the Lance project to date and how easy it is to communicate with management, just proves to me, the confidence this board has in Lance.

Also good to see the uranium price holding its upward move. An if anything, I am sure its made some uranium investors realise that just because a company has a large jorc in U3O8, it means 'didly squat' if its not an economical project. To me it just makes Pen look even stronger. Go "ISR"

This article is a very good sign for any company in a position to supply uranium to the U.S. market in years to come.
