Drawing down debt whilst insolvent, countless examples of deliberate deception to its shareholders/creditors & disclosure irregularities. Directors recently resigned, KM highlighted some concerns (perhaps criminal in nature) on potential illegal drawdowns & only a matter of time KMs hand will be forced to highlight the multiple disclosure anomalies. The board & mgmt not only should face the music with civil proceedings, but criminal as well! These bums should be locked up with the keys thrown away, given the damage & destruction caused.
Roberts, Maycock, Bakewell, Davis & co are soon to be litigated to the hilt!
