Thought this deserved a new thread.
Molycorp raises 390m USD which it says is not going towards its current campaign to restart its mining and processing facilities in the U.S.
All speculation but could Moly be looking to fund PEK in some way with an offtake agreement? Certainly would give them ample supply to satisfy the growing demand for REE's.
