MCP only 82.2 million issued (20x difference, translates into share price difference)
Australia's attitude to share registry is to spread it thin. US prefers to keep very low issued so becomes tightly held - theory being one of arguable liquidity.
The market cap comparison is very interesting however. At parity exchange rate, everything appears more than equal on the surface. Earnings per share (P/E ratios) shouldn't be all that different either.
Double handling of the product through an intermediary processing plant might be a difference. Toll milling alternative sources of REE is novel - if it works.
