Whilst it appears logical, and perhaps more than coincidental that Rhodia are just now restarting the full SX circuit, nothing is confirmed, or even hinted at, so remains totally speculative.
Eric Noyrez was President of Rhodia Silcea which included responsibility for their rare earths.
Interestingly, Jack Lifton was just refused entry to La Rochelle as part of group visiting the plant. Didn't want him getting too close and reporting whatever is going on I'd suggest.
JPM are factoring a realised price of $66kg for SEG/HRE FY14.
