If you're asking me, I'd have to say "no opinion" simply because I believe I have the spectrum of REE covered, have positions covering what I would consider to be the other strategic metals (such as Vanadium, Titanium, Tin, Tungsten, Tantalum, Moly).
That said I took a quick look - nice story but nothing complelling for me.
