Well Jdvictoria,
I understand the Australian Taxation Laws with regards to this matter were changed approx.12 Months ago and proof of this is how we have seen the various moves by Private Equity on Australian Companies like MYER, PBL,Seven, Rebel Sport, and QANTAS. etc..
THR look to be in the same 'Boat'.
