The board of directors (the “Board”) of Blumont Group Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that it has on 7 October 2013 entered into a binding Term Sheet (the “Loan Term Sheet”) with Cokal Limited (“Cokal”), under which the Company shall make available a loan facility of up to US$8,000,000 in principal amount (the “Facility”) to Cokal.
