You have to block and ignore both chronic uprampers and downrampers. I was calling out all the Z1P Cheer squad members when the share price was still north of $10 (didn't need to call out downrampers, the forum took care of them). I basically provided evidence of how they are the fudging numbers and hyping the stock to the moon. I was crucified, even had threads created just for me. Considering I bought Z1P at 1.7, sold most at $8 and put the profits into PLS at 40c (almost Disallowed now) I'm not too upset about it but it does provide some valuable lessons.
I did create a thread not long ago regarding reflecting on investments and taking lessons away from them because speaking from experience you learn A LOT more from your losses than you do from your gains.

PS: I have too many Z1P up and down rampers on ignore to count. It's the only way.
