It's always hard to read a different point of view especially when the share price is falling but it can often be a good reality check. Sometimes as a holder you fall in love with a share and you don't see things as they really are. In the end you are responsible for your own investments so it's a matter of trying to work out which pieces of information are useful and which people are just sh.. stirrers.
