I reckon we are going to witness a substantial change in Global markets, and one of the next ones will be the rise of East Africa.

Highly educated workforce with relatively good political systems.

As can be seen by Bush's trip to Tz last year and the recent moves by USA to offer 'assistance' to Tz, the world is starting to move in this direction. Someone like Obama in the White House would also be seen as very positive for East Africa...

There will be first movers advantage and this places KEY in very good stead.

It was interesting to see that the new Kiln at Wazo Hill is worth USD $100m (this is an extra one)... that is a very big kiln as cash goes a very very long way in these sort of places.

You only use concrete when you build structures and energy tends to go hand in hand, so lets watch.

This is all in my view and theory only, but am prepared to back this one hard... will be fun to watch.
