They alone made the decision to release that first announcement about funding. They alone agreed on the contents of the announcement and the timing of it's release to the market.

Now they alone will be held accountable for whatever the outcome may be good or bad.

It's well past the time that this stock should be allowed to trade again.

It's also well past the time that any subsequent questions about the 'secured funding' was able to be answered.
