Trust me I've seen it, I've been here for that long at least.

Often I find that its not always the only explanation (because at least in most other cases the buys and sells could be explained by simple accumulation or perhaps a quick sale of assets for personal reasons), but in this case at least for today and yesterday it is beyond clear.

No one in their right mind would pay more in brokerage than the cost of the shares themselves for any other reason than to manipulate price, end of story. In fact anyone in their right mind wouldn't pay more than 1% in brokerage costs (and that in my mind is still a lot to pay).
