This is a pretty big well... if this succeeds, it will open up the possibility of CTP being a major energy player. If it fails, it could put CTP in that penny-dreadful death spiral which needs to continuously issue hundreds of millions of shares at 1-2c.
Because of that, if there was news (either good or bad) we would absolutely be seeing large orders amassing on either the buy or sell side, depending on the news. I reckon these minor orders are just punters.
