Property is back in, look at CNP's cash flow. During last year the bankers panicked and thought their centres won't generate cashflow to meet payments.
Now that Unkie Sam is printing money like no tomorrow (see gold) people there are spending, centres are generating cash and people see CNP as one of the best put options out there.
