    I am suggesting that some shareholders participated in the CR hoping/expecting to be in the black, and will cut their losses when the new shares trade beginning next week.

    I am also suggesting that if the underwriters have taken a significant allocation due to the raising being under-subscribed, possible given the shares have been trading below the CR price, there will be an overhang there also.

    The risk looks to the downside.
