His net worth is irrelevant. And 70k is 70k. I know many (at least 5) individuals with a net worth over $50million and I can tell you not one of them would put 70k into a penny stock or a poor investment. These people are actually way more frugal and understand the net worth of money. So I disagree with your statement here as your context is actually inverse and he has invested a significant amount.
Just because he purchased doesnt guarantee success but it does instill confidence.
